A team that complements itself

Buho is a team of doer consultants — founders and operators of global companies. Our members have taken B2B products and services to more than 70 countries across 6 continents, earning national and international recognitions in innovation and management excellence.

We complement each other by design. Some members come from technology product companies — SaaS, platforms, no-code, AI — and others from professional services companies — consulting, staff augmentation, digital transformation. In both cases we share having operated companies that left their country and their continent, with the learnings that only being there can produce.

We combine strong academic credentials — Bachelor's degrees, MBA, PhD — with real operational experience. We are not theoretical consultants: we get involved. Before advising, we interview leaders, we read materials, we get immersed in the context. That's how we can advise accurately — not from the sidelines.

Complementary team

Backgrounds in technology product and professional services — different angles on the same board.

Real global experience

Companies that already crossed borders and continents — not the promise of doing so someday.

Doers + academics

We execute and we teach. Strong academic credentials paired with broad operational experience.

We go deep

Interviews, materials review, industry immersion — we opine on what we genuinely know.

Our board advisory methodology

We are a selective boutique advisory. Before engaging, we ensure a strong mutual fit — because real impact happens in win–win partnerships and our time is limited. We invest where we can truly make a concrete difference.

Initial Assessment

We study the business, its challenges, and strategic positioning. This phase validates alignment on goals, culture, and expectations before we commit. It ends with a clear decision: move forward together — or not.

First Board Session

We structure the first meeting around one central strategic theme, ensuring focus, depth, and actionable decisions with measurable next steps.

Subsequent Boards

We maintain continuity, track outcomes, and review prior decisions. We recommend at least three sessions to measure progress and refine strategy.

Special Dynamics

Optional, tailored sessions as needed: CEO coaching, executive alignment, or strategic workshops for critical initiatives.
